It’s that time again! Time to show some Blog Love, and with this month’s picks you should be able to put together a pretty darn impressive Christmas menu.
Everything will be vegetarian, but many items will also be vegan and/or gluten-free, so there should be something for everyone!

Ari at The Diva Dish worked her butt off coming up with this healthified cinnamon roll recipe and I, for one, cannot WAIT to try them. Reward the lovely girl’s efforts with an ogle at these fine treats – are you drooling yet?
Christmas for me is always about an indulgent breakfast and a big meal, but it is important to keep your blood sugar steady with a light lunch with some protein and good veggies! And, of course, because it’s Christmas it has to be delicious. No eating food that’s any less than delicious on Christmas Day! So here’s where Kris‘ delicious Honey Mustard Roasted Vegetables Over Quinoa comes in – it’s perfect for your Christmas Day lunch, to give you the energy you need to get that dinner whipped up! Now you’ve filled up on a good breakfast and a light lunch, let’s get going on dinner. When your guests arrive, have some snacks sitting out to welcome them. A great healthy snack that is delicious but won’t fill them up too much for the big meal are Chelsey‘s kale chips. Kale chips are so yummy and so light on calories! Gotta save those for what’s coming next😉.

A warm casserole is the perfect comfort food and would distract any guest from the lack of turkey at the table. Jenn from Peas and Crayons made an amazing Cheesy Rice, Kale and Mushroom Casserole that would be a perfect vegetarian treat on Christmas Day!:
Finish dinner off with a naturally-sweetened pumpkin pie – no, pumpkin did not go away with Thanksgiving! Bring it back for the perfect Christmas dessert, thanks to the lovely girls at Naturally Sweet Recipes:
