Are you guys still with me on this? We’re finishing up Week 4, and I will have one final post next week to capture the remaining few photos between now and then.
I’ve really enjoyed doing the challenge so far and am definitely thinking about doing May’s, though I wouldn’t do update posts every week – probably just one at the end of the month. Don’t want to inundate you guys with these when they’re all over my Instagram, Facebook and Twitter feeds anyway!
As usual, if you’ve been keeping up with the challenge please feel free to link up your posts/Instagram account or Twitter, Facebook feeds etc. I’d love to see what your takes on the image subjects have been!
I’m off getting my eyes lasered today – eeps! Terrified, but hopefully by the time you read this I’m already done, or at least nearly… not to worry, lots of posts lined up in case my vision is too blurry to see for the next week. I was warned that reading might be tough for five or so days (I got PRK, not LASIK, so I have a longer recovery time than most LASIK procedures), so just in case I have some great recipes that should keep you guys happy for the next little while!
- Thursday, April 19: orange
- Friday, April 20th: something you drew
- Saturday, April 21: bottle
- Sunday, April 22: the last thing you bought
- Monday, April 23: vegetable
- Tuesday, April 24: something you’re grateful for
- Wednesday, April 25: looking down
- What are you grateful for?
- Name your favourite vegetable!
You look SO beautiful in that pic Anna! I love your hair in it too!
I am grateful for waking up today ❤ Big thing to be grateful for every day!
You’re very sweet, thank you Katie! That is a great thing to be grateful for; there are just so many – we’re very fortunate!
I love your take on something you drew! Very smart! I’m horrible at drawing too 😦
Haha I had no idea what else to do? My only other option was a scrawled out map when I was trying to give someone directions…not as pretty as the view 🙂
Something to be grateful for…..hmm….where to start! Gratitude is a funny thing. Sometimes we forget it in the most mundane…and important places. Like Katie said, waking up in the morning! I’m also grateful for my wonderful husband, who puts up with all of my craziness at night and my brother, who deals with it all during the day at work!
Oh, and my favorite veggie is cauliflower…currently I’m loving it roasted (which I have in my lunch leftover from dinner last night!)
Awesome, if you love cauliflower you have to make that WF recipe for curried cauliflower soup that I posted yesterday in my WIAW post! I am so loving that right now 🙂
I saw that! My husband hates curry…but he can eat something else, right?!
Oh my goodness I couldn’t even pic a fav vegetable!!!!! 😀 I don’t even know if there is one I don’t like!?!?!
I am so excited to do May photo challenge 😀
Hahaha it’s a toughie. If I didn’t love mushrooms so much I would be stumped with that question too 🙂
The view from your flat is absolutely gorgeous!
I like lots of vegetables, but my favourite might be broccoli. Or peppers. Mmmm. 🙂 And I am grateful for a lot of things, but the most immediate is that tomorrow is Friday because I am totally ready for the weekend!
tomorrow IS Friday, isn’t it?! That makes me happy. I’m grateful for that too!!
Thanks Sam! Love our view too, that’s a big part of why we chose this place! And yes, Stephanie let’s all be grateful for the weekend 🙂
You’re very creative. I love that you ‘drew’ the window curtain open- great mind!
Love these photos! Especially love the “drew” the curtains! Very creative! ha
And I love that your smoothie is in a wine glass. Stay classy! 🙂
I’m grateful for Photo-A-Day April! 😉 Seriously, it’s been very fun! Hope your eyes are doing ok today!
